"I very disappointed with Grout medic. They sealed my master bath and now I have sealant lines that have dried on tile. In addition, they removed old caulk and re-caulked shower. When the caulking never cured, I called them to come back. They ignored my requests. As a result, I have to hire another contractor to fix. Don't use grout medic - they are very unprofessional."

"Stanley Steemer is very unreliable with the time they provide. I scheduled this service a week ago and received two email confirmations. On both it states Arrival Time between 12:00 - 4:00.. At 4:00 I called the local number and was told they were running late. We waited all afternoon, postponing things that needed to be done waiting. We did not hear from them until after I called, 12 minutes after 4 with an arrival time of 4:40. It will be a very long time if ever before I will use them."
