"I recently hired Penn Ohio to do a roof repair. They responded quickly and came out within the week to give me a quote. The repair was simple except it isn't always easy to stop a leak. After they repaired and replaced some shingles for the repair, it rained and it was still leaking. I talked to Dustin and he explained it isn't always easy to find and fix the leak. I used to work on cars and had to trace repairs regularly and understand how that works. But he said they would come back out and address the issue again. "Extensive prep work with peeling white paint on top of dark wood, needed to be sanded extensively.  Ceiling work, patchng, careful trim work on ceilings and panels, polyurethane built in china cabinets and banister. Excellent work on ceilings, walls and trim. They were responsive when a test area showed color we chose was not what we wnated and we were able to choose another color before a large room was painated.  Be sure to specify that both sides of door frames are to be painted. They were very responsive when we noted polyurethane drips on a painted wall and Dan came on a Saturday to fix it. Work done included ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim, doorways for a large living room, dining room, 2 breezeways, stairway to second floor with banister and spindles and second floor hallway. Took 3 weeks to complete. Pay attention to detail."
