"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

"Albert was very prompt to estimate the job we needed. He was very reasonable and also helped us save money by rethinking how the job should be done rather than the more needlessly expensive way other plumbers had quoted us to do the exact same job, Albert was called out on an emergency job so his original schedule had to be adjusted but he kept us informed and showed up ready to go after having been out on an emergency job since early that morning. His demeanor was very pleasant, he seems to truly care about giving great customer service and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him! "VERY EXPENSIVE; VERY GOOD; you get what you pay for Had water leak in ABS piping connection in bathroom. Fixed it very nicely. I was a somewhat upset that their quote over phone was round $400 but final charge was $816.08; I had emailed them extensive description and multiple photos so they could provide more accurate estimate since they do not do free estimates though I realize they found some other issues they had to fix that were not apparent in my description and photos. I was also upset that the impression they gave me was only one plumber would do the job but he showed up with a trainee and charged me for trainee time also. I will use them again only for involved or complex jobs. They are too expensive for simple plumbing jobs such as toilet install or faucet install."

"We have used this company before to service our AC. They call twice annually to set up appointments for either the AC or the furnace. The serviceman arrived earlier than had been set up after a call from the company to see if it was OK. Service was performed promptly and neatly at a supposedly special price. At the end, it was suggested that we get a duct cleaning in the future (for $200). I had the feeling that, given the current economy, they were trying to drum up more service opportunities. He gave no details as to why he would recommend this service, but I had read in previous consumer publications that, in general, duct cleaning is mostly ineffective and unnecessary unless family members are highly sensitive to indoor allergens. Therefore, I declined."

"Gabe does an excellent job and pays a lot of attention to detail. The project did take a bit longer than expected, but everything looks great and works as expected. The drain is really great because we used to get a lake in the backyard during monsoons. Now all the water drains away quickly. He did some of the repairs in the backyard at no cost. He had installed that irrigation approx 6 years earlier.
