This family-owned and operated company had five guys descend on our residence and performed professionally if not brilliantly. They tell you what they’re going to do, and do it for a fair price (got four other quotes and S & H was in the middle but the others - not unreasonably - estimated five work days). Beyond timeliness and price, the paint job was precise and clean up was superb. Strongly recommend them on a painting project…."

"One of the keys to success in business is customer service. Lyons roofing understands customer service. When I contacted them via Angie’s list, I was called within 2 days to discuss the issue with our roof. An appointment was made. I was also informed as to a possible future date when any possible needed work could be done. I received confirmation by email, as well as a telephone reminder. I was also informed of the time and the name of the representative coming. I was also informed promptly of a change in the representative who was coming. The rep called 30 minutes before arriving and was on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a service I did not need. A business gets full marks from me if they come when they say they will come, turn up on time and are professional in there interaction once they arrive. There is nothing worse than waiting all day for a business rep to turn up and at the end of the day there is a “no show”. A day wasted. So many businesses have no idea regarding customer communication and service. But Lyons roofing gets full marks for this."

"They got busy and were not available when I contacted them a few months after their initial estimate to perform additional roof work. When I called again, I was told they would need to provide a new estimate since a 4 or 5 months had passed. I sent a request by email and got no response. They never responded to follow up phone call or email requesting a new estimate. I hired someone else to actually perform the repair work to the roof tile and skylights, so I can't comment on the quality of their actual work."

"I called to have my skylights repaired and while here they repaired a 20' piece of fascia board that was dry rotted, it turned out I only needed new bubbles on 3 of my skylights ( saved me a lot of money). "Excellent. The contractor that I hired to do the job screwed the whole thing up. Right-Way did a fantastic job to correct all of the mistakes, make it structurally sound and was able to do all of the work including stucco and electrical in addition to the framing. It looks fantastic. They squared up the framing, reset the windows, repaired the roof, did some brick work and finished it with stucco. I am very pleased with the job. They did it all at a very fair price."
