"Excellent. The estimate Chris gave for the time required was right on target. The craftsmanship of every step of installation was top-notch, particularly the flooring and building/tiling the new shower enclosure. Every day the crew cleaned up the work area, both inside and outside (they did the necessary sawing and other such jobs outside to minimize the impact, and were quite thorough in keeping the yard cleaned up after each day). Chris worked closely with us at the start to understand what we wanted to be done, and along the way had some helpful advice on changes that improved on the project (for example, expanding the shower enclosure a few inches into the room greatly increased the spaciousness of the shower while having a minimal impact on space in the bathroom itself). After completion, a small issue developed -- Chris promptly returned not once but twice until it was completely resolved to both of our satisfactions. We already have asked Rightway for a bid on a backyard project. We strongly recommend the company and Chris for their work, their reliability, their craftsmanship, and their commitment."
