"Daniel V. came out to check out our air conditioner in preparation for the upcoming Tucson heat.  We scheduled the appointment and he was right on time.   
Daniel was very friendly and personable. He did his checks and washed the coils off up on the roof.  The air conditioner was fine and needed no repair.  Daniel suggested a surge protector and a few other possible upgrades.  We decided on the surge protector and he installed it.
We have been very happy with the attentive service and air conditioner that we purchased from Intelligent Design and would highly recommend them for a new air conditioner or repair in Tucson.

"Just as Joshua promised, the crew arrived at 7:30am on Monday March 13th and began the process of cleaning, stripping and repairing my roof. They also repaired my cracked and torn Parapets and resealed all my skylights and windows. On Tuesday, they finished the repairs and put down the 1st coating of Tan Apoc Sealer. That was followed by a second coat of sealer applied on Wednesday. Then as promised, I received almost 50 pictures of the job from start to finish. IT LOOKED LIKE I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ROOF.
