"The process was in two steps, both of which went very well. Before any repairs were made the office staff, Karen, promptly scheduled my repair appointments. First visit...tech. Mike located all the leaks both minor ones (Step 1) & major one (Step 2). After Mike located all the leaks he repaired the minor leaks & explained what was needed to repair the major leak. Mike was very professional & very informative. At a later date, the second visit required two techs., Ron & Frank, who also did an excellent job of digging up the broken return line, repairing the line & replacing the concrete on the pool deck. Both Ron & Frank were very professional & made sure that the repairs were done perfectly & with great care for my pool & pool deck.
