"They were professional and fast...the whole job only took about 4 hours and they did a reasonable job cleaning up. All in all I'm very happy I chose this company."

"Tom was excellent and totally professional. He listened carefully to what we wanted and his vast experience helped us fill in the parts we were not sure about. We purchased our materials before settling on Nu-Line to do the work. Tom was very conservative in its use and as a result there was very little waste. The work site was cleaned daily surrounding floor were always covered. We are totally satisfied with Nu-lines work and look forward to having them do our kitchen in the near future."

"Trying to pick a roofer can be a very stressful time. Too many choices, many things to think about. Right from the start Luna put us at ease. Andrew did not put on the hard sell, he was honest about cost, scope etc. He answered our many questions and never put down other companies, like some of the others we met with did. Once we signed the contract Stephanie in the front office was so helpful setting up a date and communicating to us every step of the way. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They covered everything so there was no damage done anywhere to the exterior of our house. Rolando the owner and Antonio the formen were on site throughout the job and were available for any questions or surprises, thankfully everything went smoothly. When it came to clean up, if not for the new roof and the Luna sign in our front yard, we would never have known they had been there. It was amazing to watch as they even raked our lawn to make sure there were no debris from the old roof. They started at 7am and were gone before 5 pm. The roof looks great and we are happy we chose Luna. I cannot say enough about Luna Roofing and their professionalism. Next time we need work done we will go to Luna."

"• TH was the single best home service I have experienced in the region in 48 years. Immediate response to my Niagra-Falls-in–the-living-room panic call. Next day I had an estimate with options for me so I could do the job on my very meager budget. A few days later, what seemed like an army of workers showed up at 7:00am and by 3:30 in the afternoon I had a new roof and there wasn’t any evidence that anybody had been here. Amazing. The job was done for $3000. less than a quote I had from another roofer three years earlier and offered a lifetime guarantee. (Makes selling the house down the road, much easier. I can transfer the guarantee with the house). This company is amazingly professional and comfortable to work with. • 7400."

"As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

"Great! Jason came the very next morning, inspected my roof and provided me three different options and clearly informed me on the upside and downsides of each option. I chose the option that would be quicker because of snowstorm approaching next day. Small roof repair done same day!"

"Great! Arrived on time each and every day and worked non stop. . . Superior work and quality. Left not a trace of dirt or construction behind. Was patient with all my changes and additional items and finished BEFORE we thought they would! Would highly recommend!"

"Excellent work, Fair pricing. Great worth ethic."

"Mark and his wife accessible and easy to reach. Mark sized up the job and brought an excellent sheet-rocking expert to replace and tape damaged ceiling. Cleaned up job. Mark agreed to do roofing job in 2 stages at my request. Crew works hard under Mark's supervision."

"Overall great experience, would definitely recommend again!!"
