"We recently had central air installed and needed to get rid of the former through the wall air conditioning units. When we first contacted Tom, he said he was booked through October, but he would come out and give us a quote. We made the appointment for the quote and he came as promised, looked at the work to be done and said he'd be able to do everything from AC removal to patching and final paint. He worked up a quote and e-mailed it to us within 24 hours. As we were not expecting the work to be done until mid-October, it was a pleasant surprise to hear from him in late September asking if it was a good time to start the job. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. He was also very meticulous about his work, cleaning up the work areas each day and hauled away the old AC units for us. The work was completed over the course of a week as he applied several layers of spackle which needed to dry fully before further application or paint. The walls look fantastic and you would't know that we used to have AC units as his work was seamless. We also had a small drywall repair job that we added when Tom arrived and he took care of it for us without additional charge. We plan to hire him again for future projects in our house and will recommend him to others."

"April brought lots of heavy rain and strong winds causing damage to our roof ridge. Luna Siding and Roofing came immediately, climbed up to inspect the roof and provided an assessment. They took a few pictures which we reviewed together after which they provided us with numerous options including roof replacement. We opted for the roof replacement and although a permit was required before starting the job, they were nice enough to temporarily patch up the roof ridge with a protective cover to prevent any water damage. They arrived first thing in the morning and finished the job in one day, carefully placing our outside furniture away from the house and cleaning up all the debris around our property along with our adjacent neighbors. We also had Luna clean our gutters and install gutter guards. All the work was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. Luna is trustworthy, answering all of our questions promptly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend Luna!"

"We needed a roof replacement because of years of water damage. Put it out on Angies list and got about 5 replies. Of those 5 replies about 3 gave us estimates. The other 2 never got back to us. One of the estimates was so far off into the stratosphere it was laughable. The other 2 estimates were in the same ballpark. Then we meet Jason from Complete Contracting Inc. and he actually went around the house and physically looked at the roof. The other guy used some kind of NASA satellite. Jason was very personable and actually took the time to get to know our situation. We even met his wife who provided us with a beautiful portfolio of Complete Contracting Incs previous work. He wrote us out a very detailed proposal sat with us and explained everything. He locked in the agreed price and we hired Complete Contracting Inc. Like I said earlier this house had water damage and Complete Contracting Inc. knocked it out the park. The had to completely replace whole sections of the rotted wood beams and decking. The front of the house had the ship lap wood from back in the day and his crew took the time to patch every single knot hole they found. I don't think I can stress enough how much needed to be repaired on this roof and not once did Complete Contracting Inc. raise the price. Jason made it a point to keep us informed in what they were doing. The crew cleaned up daily, checked for nails and any other debris our dogs might find. They were very thorough. They knocked out this roof in 3 days and it is alot of roof and alot of damage and they fixed all of it. So if you need a roof at reasonable price i would not hesitate to give the guys from Complete Contracting Inc a call. Jason, Steve, Osion, Marco and Cameron and any we forgot thank you!"

We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I.
