"Two thumbs up for a great job by Perfect Exteriors ! We had to replace our roof and after collecting several quotes from different vendors, we chose Perfect Exteriors for the install. We are so glad we did. Ed Drake met with us and provided a detailed estimate that included some features the others neglected. He was also able to provide the longest warranty for his work and product. (That has to be earned!) His staff were all respectful and very hard working. They arrived on time, draped the entire house to protect siding and the landscaping. They completed the job within one day as promised and cleaned the entire yard before departing with all discarded materials. "Luna Siding and Roofing was fast (3 days), and efficient. I had to have my entire roof covered with new plywood due to the age of the house. Luna's craftsmanship is superb. When the job was done my yard looked as though they were never there. They removed every bit of debris from the old roof. The roof looks so good now I'm forced to get new siding so the rest of the house looks as good as the roof. When I first called Luna they sent someone to look at the job and give me an estimate. He was punctual and professional. I had my estimate soon after which included a warranty on craftsmanship and on the roofing material itself. He was patient and explained everything in great detail. The roof comes with a warranty can be transferred to the next owner if I decide to sell. Also I have to add that his administrative staff is very helpful and professional. They were polite, responsive and if they didn't have an answer they called the boss (who by the way personally goes to each job and supervises the work himself). "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

"We needed a roof replacement because of years of water damage. Put it out on Angies list and got about 5 replies. Of those 5 replies about 3 gave us estimates. The other 2 never got back to us. One of the estimates was so far off into the stratosphere it was laughable. The other 2 estimates were in the same ballpark. Then we meet Jason from Complete Contracting Inc. and he actually went around the house and physically looked at the roof. The other guy used some kind of NASA satellite. Jason was very personable and actually took the time to get to know our situation. We even met his wife who provided us with a beautiful portfolio of Complete Contracting Incs previous work. He wrote us out a very detailed proposal sat with us and explained everything. He locked in the agreed price and we hired Complete Contracting Inc. Like I said earlier this house had water damage and Complete Contracting Inc. knocked it out the park. The had to completely replace whole sections of the rotted wood beams and decking. The front of the house had the ship lap wood from back in the day and his crew took the time to patch every single knot hole they found. I don't think I can stress enough how much needed to be repaired on this roof and not once did Complete Contracting Inc. raise the price. Jason made it a point to keep us informed in what they were doing. The crew cleaned up daily, checked for nails and any other debris our dogs might find. They were very thorough. They knocked out this roof in 3 days and it is alot of roof and alot of damage and they fixed all of it. So if you need a roof at reasonable price i would not hesitate to give the guys from Complete Contracting Inc a call. Jason, Steve, Osion, Marco and Cameron and any we forgot thank you!"

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. One of the things that really made me happy when dealing with Derek is that when he would come to the house on a day that he wasn’t on site, he would review the work done and at times would find something that he deemed unacceptable that my wife and I didn’t even notice and would have the work redone to make sure it was perfect.
