"AMS Dynamic Realty Service personnel was punctual, polite, and respectful in communicating with me. He understood the project proposed and completed it promptly. No time limit was proposed. His work was organized, and the tools he needed were laid out for the work he was prepared to do. It appeared of a skilled craftsman. His quote for my project was reasonable and honorable. He worked efficiently and steadily until the project was complete. I will schedule another appointment with homeAdvisor for another project at my home."

"I recently hired Maintenance Work 1 to assemble a 5’ x 3’ Resin Outdoor Storage Shed. Chris was friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. He had the shed assembled in 3 hours, which in itself was a miracle, considering the directions that came with it were completely useless and stated it would be an all-day project! Chris worked hard to get the job done correctly and even cleaned up the work area, which was a nice surprise! I would recommend Maintenance Work 1 for anyone needing handyman services. Their expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality work made the entire experience stress-free. I will definitely hire them again for future projects!"

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."

"I hired Tony to finish assembling my very large chicken coop. He did a terrific job. He stayed until it was done, had all his own tools, and was very friendly and courteous. He also helped me with some small projects around the house. Tony will definitely be my go-to guy whenever I need a reliable, reasonably priced handy-man."

"Randy and assistant installed an attic ladder. The workmanship was top quality. He was well prepared and completed the work within the estimated time. He is a reasonable person experienced in all types of handyman work including being a certified electrician."
