"In addition to replacing a stockade fence, Arelio & crew demolished an empty garden shed, established a 4-foot edge for plants, and installed a paver patio in the middle of the back yard. They also replaced the steps from the enclosed porch to the back yard. Great job for a reasonable price -- very efficient (working late on the last day to complete job AND clean up). Would definitely hire them again."

"I would recommend him and crewmen to even Kings and Queens . Benicio is a very honest, hard working and patient man. We hired the company to paint our deck. Gave him the deposit check. Two days later we started another project in the house. We called him and postponed the work for mid or late July. He didnâ t cash the check until he reached out to us in mid July to confirm that we will go forward as previously scheduled. Last weekend he came with his crew and painted the deck. We were amazed to see the care and respect they show. Although the yard is not cleaned as it is being worked on, they placed drop cloths all around the deck. They did a great job repairing the steps and painting the deck. They showed great respect to the property. They cleaned up very well before leaving. He is very honest hearted man. I We appreciated the fact that he is not money hungry. He sees people before profit. Something thatâ s very hard to find nowadays. Great Hob !!! We are very pleased."

"Rudy and his team from RUDY’S CARPENTRY AND PAINTING were great to work with, he did a thorough walk through to ensure he knew exactly what repairs we needed done, and then was quick to send over an accurate estimate. They removed the old rotten wooden posts on our deck and replaced them with new ones from pressure treated wood. "I had a couple of issues that the Eagle HS Improvement's crew addressed in a prompt, professional and honorable manner. I had a fieldstone foundation as well as a fieldstone bulkhead cellar access that needed work. The fieldstone bulkhead was replaced and they also took care of a cracked poured concrete back porch - as the fieldstones that were originally supporting that had literally rolled out. When they took care of the bulkhead and replaced it with a poured concrete foundation, they also extended that under the back porch to support it! The cellar door inside the bulkhead was also updated. Further, they added support to the back porch roof by making the existing supports more sturdy! The fieldstone cellar walls were patched, built up and smoothed out both inside and out leaving a much more desired professional result! They also kindly accomplished the rearranging of material around the cellar to allow them access to the walls. I was very pleased with their work!"

"Frank did a great job on my carpets which were loaded with stains. He was unable to get only one out and asked if I wanted him to use a stronger, very smelly cleaner. I told him that the carpet was beautiful except for that spot and he should take care of it. He cleaned it and I couldn't even smell the chemical. I would definitely rehire him."

"JS is great! He finished the job ahead of schedule, which has never happened to us before with a contractor. He also listened to what we had to say and did his best to accommodate our wishes. He was always very responsive and very pleasant in our communication. I wish we had been shown different options of styles for the floor deck/railing, but to be fair, we never asked him to do so. We told him we preferred a dark brown color and the the floor was lighter than we imagined. This could have been avoided if we saw floor board samples, but, again, we didn't to ask for them so this is a communication glitch which we would be careful to address in the future. Overall, we are very happy with how the deck looks and how quickly it was completed."
