"A little late here. Bruno made a purchase from my business and I helped him with the install. I was impressed with him as a person and hired him and his crew to do some remodeling at my shop. My wife and I then decided it was finally time to do our kitchen and we now had our contractor. This was early/mid 2021 during the nightmare disruptions in supply chain. Bruno came over and completely designed the renovation of our 1940â s kitchen. He immediately got us in touch with cabinet, counter and appliance suppliers and everything came together seamlessly. The process was incredibly coordinated and organized as this was a major project, we even added a few other projects along the way without any wrinkles. The room completely gutted to the studs and expanded so it was a major project. The quality of work and professionalism still amazes me 2 years later and I still walk into our kitchen 2 years later and itâ s still breathtaking. "Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"We had to pull up a carpet in 3 rooms due to mold. 5 stars pulled up the glue, laid down new concrete and replaced with new stone tile flooring. It was a lot of work. They were great to work with, very resourceful, skilled and accommodating. The new flooring is beautiful! Would hire them again."
