"Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable. 
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up. 
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"The workers worked hard and were quite efficient. They did more than I expected. With leaves gone, beds cleared, shrubs trimmed, and mulch, the garden and yard look tremendous. They also put fertilizer on the lawn and gave me instructions when to water it. We have a small yard, and a team of 5 finished the work in 2 hours."

"I hired this company to rebuild the steps on the exterior of my home and install a paver walkway where there was only existing grass and dirt, I am very impressed with the results! During our consultation I explained what I wanted and what my budget was and we went through a bunch of different options which integrated what I wanted and worked with my budget, so that was a great experience. I was provided with detailed answers to any questions I had which really put my mind at ease. "Highly recommend them. Every step along way was positive! Bill responded immediately to calls, very helpful with questions and reachable by Cell for follow-up. Arrived on time and very professional. We had a plumbing drainage problem; one plumber had visited and felt our exterior drain pipe may have been cracked just outside foundation. Once Callahan excavated the ground open, pipe was not cracked by foundation. Bill showed us one joint to be repaired/adjusted and suggested us hiring a drain cleaning company anticipating tree roots. (Next we hired drain company who got through backup and along with video, found tree roots got through seam but thankfully no cracks in pipe.) With the joint adjusted, we can better monitor if future backup. During project Callahan also secured plywood over area to protect from rain; locked area was not accessible to public. When we called to schedule completion, in spite of us being a small job - again Callahan was available quickly to return. During second visit and refilling, they went above and beyond in also removing and disposing some scraps that were in ground. Thanks again! Highly recommend their services!

"I was pleased with the whole process. Mike Winslow (co-owner of this company) has been one of the best project leader I have ever observed. He had a short meeting with all, at the end of the workday, to review and clarify the tasks for the next day. I observed how effective and informative his directions and assignments avoiding confusion and lost time. I had equally great interactions with Mike's techs and workers. I was worried about my plants in my garden that would have to be all dug up to accommodate the great trench. They were attentive as I requested with my garden. They not only dug and placed safely all my plants in a temporary waiting area, but the were terrific to replant, reseed the yard and help return my decorative fence to my renewed garden."

"If you want prompt, professional tree services I would highly recommend Leo's Landscaping. We met on Thursday, Sept 13,2018, and the work began the next day, Friday, September 14, 2018 . The tree trimming and removal including trunks was completed on Saturday, September 15 as agreed. The stump grinding as agreed was completed on Wednesday September 19, 2018. Leo and his workers were on time, courteous and professional. I would call them again immediately if I needed any tree service. Great cleanup also."

"John was extremely punctual and professional from start to finish. He showed up within 3 days of first talking and helped to come to a solution on the work I needed. I have bad drainage and the slop of my yard was not ideal. He decided to dig a dry well at the lowest point of the yard and used the soil to help ease the grade. The soil was spread amaculate and I will definitely be doing buisness again in the future."
