Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! His crew worked tirelessly and did a great job on my very steep roof. Miguel also put insulation and an attic fan in the attic, which makes such a difference in the temperature upstairs! They were on time, pleasant, neat and always closed the gate to my backyard so my dogs wouldn't get out. "David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning.
