I didn't use them because I haven't had the windows done. They did follow up and call me a couple of times, and I really appreciated that. I haven't decided and I am leaning in the direction of the contractor who came out to look at it; I just didn't get a bid from him. I would rather contact them if I decide to go with them."

He also handed the rental of the lift which is something I was asked to from others, as someone in the middle of starting a business it was little details like this that were so very helpful.
