Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. The whole process couldn’t have gone better, and I’m happy to recommend Freedom Fence & Deck for all your fencing needs!"

"I am very happy with the job. The salesperson, Kevin, was on time and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. He gave me the Angieslist discount, too, which actually made the price a little bit less that the other 2 quotes I had received. Due to all the recent bad weather, they were backed up a little bit on installations, and it might be 3 or 4 weeks before they could get to me. He was right on the mark - installation was exactly 4 weeks later! While I wish it could have been sooner, it's not the company's fault the weather's been so awful. Kevin measured and marked where our new fence would be, and about 2 weeks later one of the foremen came out to double check the markings. Very thorough. I found the office staff to be friendly and considerate. Dottie called to schedule installation a week ahead, and I picked one day, only to realize a few minutes later that I needed a different day, so I called back to switch, and she was more than happy to accommodate me. On installation day, the crew arrived about 45 minutes earlier than scheduled, which to some may be an inconvenience, but I loved it, because it meant my fence would be done sooner! Jason and Daniel were A+. They were both extremely polite and communication was excellent during the install. They were efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned up the extra dirt from digging for the new poles. There was a third man here for part of the morning (he delivered the new fencing supplies and hauled away the old), but unfortunately I didn't get his name, or I'd give him a shout out, too. There was a small glitch in that I had ordered and paid for an upgraded gate latch but only received a standard latch. They could not replace the latch that day, because they didn't have one with them, but I said as long as I wasn't charged for the upgraded latch I didn't get, I was fine with the one they installed. Jason said he would alert the office, but also said I should call, so I did. Once again, staff was very polite. They took my information, and then a few minutes later, Francisco called. He apologized for the error and said they would adjust my bill. I received a corrected contract from Kevin a few hours later, but he said they will send me an invoice for the corrected amount (so I didn't even have to pay the balance that same day!) It was nice to deal with such an efficient, honest, polite company, and the new fence looks fabulous. I would definitely use Fence & Deck Connection again."

"I am thrilled with my black estate fence! From initial contact to final installation, Fence and Deck Connection has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the project. I started with a request for a quote in May 2022. My HOA wouldn't approve. Jake was great about working on modifications to the original proposal to comply with our HOA guidelines and provided me paperwork to include in my 2nd and 3rd appeals to the HOA. I was finally approved in March. Stephen was great on the installation: getting the permit, contacting Miss Utility and overseeing the 2 man installation crew. They were happy to accommodate our schedule around the recent sod we had laid. The installers were careful to do minimal damage to the new sod and the garden beds. When the crew left, it looked as though the fence was always part of our landscaping. I am so grateful for the communication and expertise the Fence and Deck Connection team brought to our project! "I hired Rustic fence based on a referral received from a long time resident in Howard Count that owned horses. Dwayne came out and provided a detailed estimate. Unlike other companies that wanted to install pressure treated pine, Dwayne explained how proper selection of the type of wood used for the fence would result in the fence having a longer service life.

Yes, I love my fence, but my appreciation for the wonderful crew that did my installation! They were polite, worked hard and didn't make excessive noise when working late into the evening.
