"Overall, I was provided with excellent customer service and the work was professionally done. Getting an appointment was easy and the technician who did the work was very pleasant and was clearly competent. I initially went to Lowe’s to get a microwave and upon delivery realized that it wouldn’t fit in the existing space without removing backsplash. So I decided to have a professional come out to ***** the situation as well as diagnose a leaky water and ice dispenser. Wooten Appliance came in, provided a quote, including an assessment of whether it made more sense to repair or replace, which I felt was honest. My fridge was repaired and everything works great. I purchased the microwave from Wooten. It was more expensive than what I would have paid at Lowe’s, HD, or Best Buy, but I decided that a one stop shop was what I needed to keep things simple.
