UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

Mark's Lawn and Landscaping was very clear on what the end result would look like, and how the project would unfold. There were no surprises. We had to coordinate other efforts in relation to this work. We chose to have our heat pump removed and re-installed and our exterior sump pump pipe replaced and secured under ground before regrading in those areas occurred. Mark's Lawn and Landscaping worked closely with us to coordinate these efforts so that they did not impact the regrading work. The company also ensured the regrading of the area involving the heat pump would be scheduled so that we would only be without our heat pump for several hours during July's heat spell. We also chose to have our house painted so once again Mark;s Lawn and Landscaping gave us good advice on the timing of that work.
