"We first met with Chris and put together an outline for the work, we had paint available, Chris made sure the paint was a match to what was on the surrounding walls.  We then scheduled a day and time for the work to be done.  When his team came to the house they were professional and respectful of our property wearing shoe covers or even taking their shoes off when necessary.  They went straight to the task of their work at hand spackling and patching all the holes and scrap marks from our picture frames.
