"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. Thank you for making our lawn so amazing!"

"Chris and his team did an excellent job in hauling away our yard waste. I called on a Monday and they were here on Tuesday. We HIGHLY recommend them! It was a blistering hot and humid morning and they filled a trailer that was at least 20’ long 10’ wide and 6-7’ high. GREAT GREAT JOB!"

"I would give Brandon 10 stars if I could. This is the most hard working professional I seen. He and his worker in 98 degrees worked non stop inmy overgrown yard and did a nice neat cleaning and mulching the areas,as well as offered the suggestion of wildflowers in an area and planted them. I can hardly wait for them to grow. Don't hesitate to hire Cooper Landscaping for your yard. Talk things out with Brandon, he listens and will do his BEST to accommodate your needs."

"Ben and his team did an awesome job. They scheduled me in the the same week and let me know the evening before that they were coming out the next day. They did great work and everything was so clean. They even pulled some weeds and took away branches that I had laying around. I asked Ben if they could trim the white fir a little more and they were happy to do it. I was very happy with their work and would hire them again."

" Since moving up to the area I been through three different landscaping companies, until finding Man with a mower. I got estimates from a couple different companies before going with Man with a mower, and none of their prices compared to his. Lou the owner showed up on time, listened to what I said and then completed the job. He did everything I had asked and even some extra without even charging me. Since using his services for mowing, trimming, and spraying the yard has never looked better. I will countine to use his services for all my landscaping needs as well as snow removal.

"Hire Scott add landscaping to our Town House including a small paver stone patio off our deck. Very affordable, timely, and completes the work on time. Very nice person to work with and is focused on working with the client and communicates well and keeps the client up to date. No issues."

"they did a great job-would hire again!"

"The crew got here bright and early on the day they said they would. They were all very polite and very hard workers. They did above and beyond our expectations and they will be our landscapers from now on. I highly recommend them."

"Luis was very professional. He, Emilio and Steven worked hard to make sure we were happy with the services, and they took care of our lawn very efficiently. From the time he stopped by to provide an estimate to completion of services was four days. We really appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism!"

"We used Angie’s list to find a contractor to work on our main floor and second floor bathroom (and some other minor work). After several contractors visited our home and told us that they could not convert our main floor bathroom to a full (or quoted an excessive price for the work), we ultimately called CM Contracting after reviewing their ratings on Angie’s list and other sites. In our initial phone consultation, both the head contractor (Chris) and his son (Tyler, also a licensed contractor) were professional, prompt and timely with scheduling a visit. Within 48 hours, Chris and Tyler arrived to the home, accessed both bathrooms and discussed the scope of work required. Unlike other contractors who came up with a number on the spot, CM Contracting said they would research our building plans and get back to us with a number. After a week, we were contacted with a quote and request for a followup meeting. After meeting face to face to discuss the price, we agreed upon the work and a start date, and they acquired all permits needed for the scope of work. At the beginning of work, Tyler took incredible steps to ensure dust and debris would be clear from the main floor by taping paper down on the wood floors and vacuuming/sweeping at the end of the work day. Chris was in constant communication throughout the construction, regularly contacting us to give updates and discuss any minor change in the scope of work. He also did a great job managing his subcontractors, which resulted in a timely completion of the work. His electrician Ken did incredible work with wiring the bathroom and fans in the bedrooms. His plumber Don also did an incredible job removing a non-functioning water softener, plumbed two bathrooms, and installed additional control valves. Most importantly, everyone involved warrantied their work, which is a huge financial relief when choosing a contractor for your home. Overall, we were happy with the daily interactions we had with CM Contracting and their subcontractors and we are very happy with our experience."
