"Although this review is way overdue, time has not diminished how completely happy I am we went with Star22 for our main bathroom renovation & our from scratch new bathroom in our basement and relocated our washer/dryer to an area we turned into a laundry room. Let me tell you, I am a very particular person! The details matter to me and I was so nervous taking on multiple projects. From beginning to end, Bernie/Tim put me at ease & delivered! Above and beyond! Amazing customer service - we were made to feel like we were the only client & the only project they had. The PM Jalmer was great - and my rockstars - the two Henrys did HIGH QUALITY work! Everyone was hardworking, attentive & any of my questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They obtained the permits & everything was done properly & up to code (passed all inspections!) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Oh and they kept the promised timeline - no delays or issues. INCREDIBLE! Would recommend and would ABSOLUTELY use again. I LOVE my 2 new bathrooms so much!!"

"Eddie and his crew did a great job on our full master bath remodel. We had it completely gutted and everything redone. I recommend them not only for the quality of work, but for the small things which set them apart from other contractors. The whole crew and all his subs worked extremely clean, they covered everything and cleaned up each day. All the workers were extremely nice and very respectful to us and our home and considerate to the fact we had a toddler running around. They have excellent attention to detail and did not cut any corners. Eddie gave us a lot of ideas through the whole process. We even had a snag at the very end with the tub fauceti bought not fitting, I was even willing to buy a new one to avoid any delays but Eddie and his plumber saw it through to the very end. The only critique I have is the communication was a little last minute sometimes. We wouldn't always know if they were working the next day until late the night before. Regardless I will be calling them for my next project and recommend you do also."

"J Rivera and his crew were very professional, polite and punctual. They did a great job on the bathroom remodel and cleaned up really well everyday before leaving. Highly recommend J Rivera!!"

"Replacement of the deck, garage door and bathroom were done quickly and satisfactorily. Would hire again."

"This is the 2nd time we’ve used TQ contracting, once for a bathroom remodel, once for a bedroom remodel. Five stars each time! Very fast, professional and did great work. Highly recommended and will use them again."

"JSD Properties did a complete bathroom remodel. After a plumbing inspection revealed significant damage due to a faulty toilet. JSD Properties removed the entire bathroom floor including some joists that were water damaged. Jeff, the project manager was both pleasant and informative from beginning to end. He also assisted us in how to proceed with our insurance company in completing our claim. The bathroom remodel is a awesome success. It is truly one of the nicest bathrooms of its size that I have seen. Thanks JSD PROPERTIES!!"

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"A++ Services! Mostafa and his team are the absolute best! After many years of dealing with contractors who didn’t show up, didn’t finish the job, or simply cut many corners, I was so happy to find Mostafa and his team! They not only thoroughly reviewed the work with me prior to starting, but made sure they stayed on budget, arrived by 8am every day, cleaned up daily, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the job before they left. After first hiring PB to remodel my kitchen, I was so happy with the results that I hired them for my bathroom renovation, interior porch renovation, and they will surely be hired to finish my basement! Thank you again to Mostafa and his team for helping turn my outdated house into a beautiful home!"
