"Replaced two sump pumps quickly with quality equipment on a rainy Saturday afternoon."

"Excellent communication and very accommodating. They squeezed me in on the same day that I called for a sump pump replacement and they even had a brand new top quality pump on them to install right away. Best of all, the cost was reasonable."

"Joseph was awesome, lined out the issue for me, gave me options, replaced the flapper and told me what I needed to know. Very happy with the service. Job completed quickly - satisfied."

"This is the second time that I have used BioTech. Jeff and his crew are honest, reasonable, professional, expert at their work product and beyond helpful. I had a water problem in my basement and they made sure to get to us quickly to put a sump pump in to avoid flooding. I highly recommend them"

"William came over when we had a leak going from our shower into the basement, and he honestly saved the day! He took the time to really listen and figure out exactly what was wrong, and he had the problem fixed relatively quickly. He was extremely professional, respectful, personable, and just an all-around great person to have in our home. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, and by the next day everything was completely back in order. I was honestly blown away by the entire experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant at the same time. I would absolutely recommend William to everyone! "After I applied for an emergency work request , the office person called me in a timely manner and the plumber (Lorenzo) arrived at my home at the time provided. Lorenzo was friendly and he was very knowledgeable. I was very happy to have my plumbing repair work completed in about 2 hours, and that included the time he had to take to get a part from the supply store and clean up. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again to replace some old fixtures in my bathroom."

"This type of work should be on â dirty jobsâ . These guys worked all day in a pretty awful NJ winter day but kept things as clean as possible, replaced 2 existing sumps with their triple sump and a supersump. Very happy with the install and peace of mind with the battery back up included in the triple sump."

"I needed my Sump Pump replaced. The Technician, Mark, did an excellent job. HOWEVER, I had priced the cost of a new pump at around $300, but Perri charged me $1200 + tax for the installation. OUTRAGEOUS"

"Professional big chain group that I had no problems with. Their recommendation was to replace and they got a crew in the next day. Didn't have to worry about heat for the winter."

"He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and respectful about answering and questions. I would highly recommend anyone with any drain or clogged issues to use them."
