"The plumbers showed up on time and did a good job, were very professional, etc. The water heater replacement part went well. However, the estimated cost did not turn out to be very accurate. I ended up having to pay about $200 more than expected on what was supposed to be a $1250 bill. I can understand if an estimate is little off, but this was over 15%...not cool."
