With that being said please note you will 100% have damage to the interior of your home no matter how much they try and downplay it. Read the fine print of your contract as they will NOT repair any of it including electrical that they damage. I am still finding cracks and indentations throughout my house and although they may come out and look at it, they will do NOTHING. Buyer beware!"

We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section.
