He recommended I contact Koehler for a warranty item and after receiving the parts, Kent returned and completed the work. His professionalism and timeliness were noticeable from start to finish. "Technician listened to my concerns about each faucet, and he explained what needed to be done to each faucet to get them to work properly and satisfy code purposes. One of the faucets required cutting into an inside wall to access the pipes for the spigot. The technician did a great, clean cut measuring about 10" square in the inside wall, and I could see his work on the pipes in the wall cavity. The cut was very easy for us to patch and paint. The second spigot was easy for him to replace. The third spigot will not be as easy as the technician needs to research the appropriate replacement spigot then return a second time to finish the job. Payment of $360 is only for 2 repaired spigots and does not include work for the 3rd to be repaired."

"I needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen since mine was leaking for some time and also needed to have the drain under the sink replaced since I have a double sink and the water backed up when running garbage disposal David came a little earlier than scheduled which I was happy about he went right to work installing new faucet and a new pipe under the sink finished under an hour. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use All County again and recommend them .

"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "

"well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?

"They did a very good job, and they were careful not to damage siding or surrounding landscaping.   Cleaned up the work area each day, and upon completion left the area looking better than before the work started.   The best part -- no more leaking water in our basement.   I waited to write this review until we had been through a couple period of heavy rain.   Thanks Q!

"Estimator arrived on time and checked 49 year old A/C and gave quote on new unit as well as repair. We authorized replacement and a date and cost was given, work was done on time, installers were very professional and friendly. Would have liked itemized bill that showed cost of each item, but would use them again. Very happy."
