"This basic roof repair to replace a double layer of old shingles ended up an entire asphalt shingles and 36 sheets of new plywood as the underlying plywood was in disrepair and not up to code. Corey and his crew started at 7 am the morning of November 21st 2022 and completed installation and phenomenal clean up done by 3 that afternoon. I'd like to add that the outdoor temps were far from desirable that day. His crew were curious and quite efficient. We would HIGHLY recommend this company for your roofing needs. Thanks again Corey! "I am so impressed with Caron Roofing. They had 15 guys here and my roof was done in less than a day and everything was cleaned up. You can't even tell they were here, except for my beautiful new roof. The price was fair and the work was awesome! I highly recommend Caron and will use them again."

"Brad Freeman just completed replacing our roof in Bath Maine in Dec. 2019. His estimate for the job was competitive or better than other ones we received. He came to our home at a time that was convenient for us and explained how he was going do the entire job and he stayed until all of our questions were answered. When the date we had agreed on had to change because of weather issues Brad kept us fully informed of when he could start that would give us the best protection from the weather. Brad and his crew were always courteous, hard working and ready to answer any questions we had while they were doing the job at the end of every day and when the job was complete they left the site picked up and neat. Brad was hands on and on site which was a comforting feeling and after the work was done he was able to explain any issues they had found and explain how they had addressed them. We are very happy with the new roof and the work of Brad and his crew and we would not hesitate to hire him again and to recommend him to anyone."

"The crew at James & Whitney co were extremely friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our new roof. The job was done fast and is of wonderful quality. Beyond that, this is a company that truly stands behind their work, as they have reached out to me several times in the past few months to ask how the roof is holding up. I truly couldn’t recommend James & Whitney highly enough to anyone who needs work done on their roof."

"Very well spoken on the problem with my roof what is wrong and very pleasant to talk to."

"Lexi does great work. He and his team did amazing work on my floor, which was not an easy task - dealing with uneven floors and replacing some previous flooring done horribly by empire flooring. And also did a bathroom remodel, which was stellar. He made recommendations that made my life easier. I would (And have) recommended him with no hesitation."

"Derek from Boldcoast Exteriors worked patiently with my wife to pick the perfect color roof. Everyone loves it. He was always available to answer questions. Once decided, the work was done quickly and meticulously. We are very happy with this company and plan to use them for future projects."

"They were excellent. They showed up on time, performed the work courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Not only did they strip the roof, they also replaced the plywood before re-shingling. They flashed where necessary and installed the drip edge. Most surprising to me was the quality of the cleanup. I am yet to find a single nail left behind despite the snow we had on the ground. I liked them so much that I will be bringing them back in the spring to insulate and install vinyl siding!"

"It was all right. Competitive quote, but then $2500 in additional costs were added on discovery of former cedar shingle roof under the existing asphalt shingles. Understandable. Small leak in previous roof was fixed; all dry through the winter. BUT: Removal of old roof was VERY messy. Crew did not tarp off areas below well enough; we were removing nails from our lawn and driveway for MONTHS afterwards, and even lost a tire to an errant nail. Siding and deck were scuffed and dinged from falling materials, with only some cleanup. Gutters were left filled with grit and debris, despite numerous reminders to clean them. Crew (from away) worked very hard, came back to clean up (mostly), and were done in two days, including some work after dark. Still, due to the mess, would not recommend for jobs requiring a white-glove touch like historic properties or homes with new paint jobs."
