"We had an excellent experience with Heily and Lalo from beginning to end of the reconstruction of our front walkway and stoop. Lalo came out to look at the project and gave us his quote. Once we reviewed the comparative offers, we selected Harp Construction and Heily prepared the paperwork. Lalo arrived on a Tuesday and removed the existing walkway and prepped the ground for the new walkway. The next day the village inspector came out and approved the prep. Within 45 minutes the concrete truck arrived and Lalo poured the walkway. By late afternoon the project was complete and he finished the job to our satisfaction. They we very professional and efficient. Harp will be our first call if more projects of this type are needed."
