"Robert was super helpful and dedicated to making sure my repair needs were taken care of. I had initially reached out to him for a garbage disposal/ dishwasher problem on a Friday morning. He responded to my request promptly, and was able to come to the house that afternoon. He was prompt and on time. He completed a simple fix of the garbage disposal and it appeared the dishwasher had drained and was working as well. After he left, I discovered the dishwasher was not advancing properly and still needed work. I reached back out to him, and Robert went above and beyond to help walk me through different options for trying to address the problem. He even ended up using FaceTime to guide me through the entire repair so my dishwasher was up and running by the early evening! I was so grateful he stayed with me on the phone and was patient and informative. I have 3 children under the age of 6, and I was really worried I would be stuck all weekend without a working dishwasher. But Robert was kind enough to make himself available late on a Friday afternoon when most other technicians would have called off for the day and been unreachable until the following week.
