"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! "Outstanding.  Stephen came out immediately upon receiving the call to quote the job.  We discussed the various models/options.  I told him I was getting additional quotes and would get back to him.  He was 'a-ok' with this and didn't give any pressure to close the deal that day.  After reviewing the quotes & products, we selected The Window Source.  Stephen did check in with me during the quoting process, again not to pressure me, but simply to see where I was in the process and if I needed any additional information to make my decision.
I contacted Stephen and scheduled the job.  As we were also getting our house sided, they had to do the install and then return later to do the capping.  Stephen had no problem with this whatsoever.  The crew showed up on the date they committed to, introduced themselves and got to work.  The windows and doors took ~3 days to install.  They cleaned up each room as they progressed throughout the job...really couldn't even tell they were there.  They returned about a week after the siding was done and completed the capping.  Really professional, and really good.
So far I am really impressed with the product-the decrease in drafts and noise reduction from the outside is incredible.  Plus I have minimal touch up painting to do.
Stephen was great.  He was always 'checking in' on the job, communicating via phone & email, and really conscientious about his product, crew & satisfaction of his customers.

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."
