A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They made an appointment right away, gave us a ballpark cost based on a potential design, gave us a timeline on their availability and were extremely professional. After deciding to use them, they provided a digital design to help us review how it will look. Several days prior to installation they advised the date and the office ladies sent an email as well. On the day of installation they did exactly what they said and cleaned the area prior to leaving. After the job was done, Crayton stopped by to ensure we were happy with everything.
