"I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. They also gouged the dry wall in several spots on both ceilings while in"

"After remodeling my whole house, I waited 25 years to take out the tub in my 50 year old condo. Joe estimated the job to be 3 days and provided an estimate. I was excited that the baths completed projects begun a year ago. Demo of the tub enclosure went well and my downstairs neighbor called about water leaking into her laundry room. When we went down water was pouring out of the main hallway smoke detector 60 feet away from the bath. Joe and his outstanding analysis and problem solving took care of the problem. The next day, she called with a leak in her guest room. Joe and his crew were fantastic while problem solving their way through working for me and my neighbor. The next day the kitchen was leaking. Sunny Day had a commitment to service that comes with a guarantee of quality work, open communications and excellent focus on progress. The crew starts early and it took two weeks, but I am ecstatic about the beauty of my new bathrooms. I provide my highest recommendation to Sunny Day because although my house had to be re-piped, Joe had his cleaning service change my house from a construction zone filled with concrete and drywall dust into a sparkling clean house ready for Architectural Digest Magazine. "Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

He was very polite, patient, professional and answered alllll my questions, as they arose, in a timely manner. 2 polite young men, Ardit and Ricardo, showed up on the date of the project on time and ready to work. They did a great paint job and the clean up afterwards ð ð was great and left nothing behind.
