"The technician informed me the humidistat required replacing and the price was $430 after the coupon. After some research I found out the part replaced cost around $30 on Amazon. It only took the tech 20 minutes to replace it. The price charged for this repair was absolutely ridiculous. I will use extreme caution with Four Seasons in the future regarding suggested repairs if that is their standard practice to gouge their customers."

"We replaced an electric stove top with a gas one and needed a new gas line run. Ryan was our technician and they came on time and completed the project in a very timely fashion. It was the coldest day of the this fall and we were worried about the furnace being off too long, but they were professionals and it only had to be off a short time. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter."

"We had the foundation repaired around our house and the basement repaired due to our drainage problems. This was 17 years ago and we have had no problems since that time. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. I would suggest to every new home owner who builds a new house to have Everdry do the waterproofing of the foundation and drainage outside the house. They are wonderful!"
