"Excellent customer service, professional, honest, fair prices, and fast turnaround. Overall it was a great experience working with Andre and Mocean Roofing and Construction. Andre promptly contacted me after I requested a quote on AngiesList to replace a shingle that had blown off during a recent storm. I provided him with a photo of the damaged area and he quickly recognized the color/manufacturer and made sure I had a good match. His price was fair - $100 for materials and labor - he would have to buy an entire pack and agreed to leave behind the extra shingles. He worked around the tenant’s schedule and went out the very next day (a Sunday). While on the roof he noticed other nearby areas needing repair - 3 field shingles. Replacing them required the removal and replacement of 9 ridge shingles. Instead of doing only what he was hired to do, he took it upon himself to correct all of the problem areas because, as he later told me, the job isn’t done right if he looks past the other damaged areas. I had worked it out with the tenant to pay him when the job was done (I live and work 500 miles away). After the job was complete, Andre sent me pics of the job. I was surprised to learn that he had done all of the extra work and had collected payment without requesting extra compensation for the added labor. I looked up his company on Facebook and their company’s statement is 100% true - they do professional work in a timely manner and focus on building relationships with each of their customers. As a long distance homeowner I have found it difficult in the past to find contractors that I trust to do good work at a fair price. I would absolutely hire them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in their areas of specialty (roofing and fencing, according to their Facebook page)."

"This was a TPO-type flat roof on a detached garage. The estimator who came out quickly diagnosed the issues and proposed fixes. Got the estimate quickly and the price seemed good. The job got scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, and the roofer who came out to make the repair did a thorough and professional job. Pleased with each step of the experience, will hire again next time a roof issue crops up."

"Trinity Roofing and Restoration did an outstanding job repairing and replacing the wood trim on our home. They were polite, professional, and prompt. Their work enhanced the appearance of our 30 year old house!"

"There were 3 roofs one with shingles and the other 2 flat roofs. One had 3 layers of roofing material. They handled it. And it looks beautiful"

"Good experience from beginning to end. I hired this company to replace several pieces of vinyl siding and trim. Leo gave me a thorough, clear estimate of work to be done and the costs. This was a very easy experience; on the work day, they showed up on time, did a great job, and were very professional and courteous. I will use this company again, and definitely recommend them."

"Very pleased with work done. Manuel and his team were very professional. Repair was done quickly and at a fair price. I will use Montez roofing again if necessary."

"In Feb 2017 we had Great Built Roofing replace a roof due to hail damage. After their initial visit they were able to do the work in one day. It was a good job and good experience. We are now selling the home and the buyers inspector recommended repairing one area where the drip edge had come loose. It was not a major issue but I was uncertain as how the warranty would be dealt with. Happy to say that Great Built honored the warranty in a timely fashion and was able to advise me on other roofing issues unrelated to their work. I think you will find they produce a good product and are very upfront and honest to work with. I highly recommend their service."

"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall."
