"Freedom removed the old siding that was beginning to deteriorate (it was a pressed paper product that was popular in the 70's) . Installed new plywood sheathing and covered that with TYVEK wrap and then installed Hardie plank siding. Removed the existing aluminum windows (also a 1970's product) and installed 17 new vinyl windows. Removed 2 sliding glass doors and installed steel double doors. Then painted the whole house, The work went much quicker than we expected. These guys didn't slow down at all. They made an extra effort to fix a couple of places that had rotted when the old siding had let rain in. We are very happy with work and happily recommend Freedom"

"THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy."

"I would have given this company a 5 star rating except for their poor customer service. After the work was completed, no one from Titan contacted by phone or came to inspect the finished project. The window install went very well but there were some issues with Allside, the company sub-contracted to do the vinyl install that I found questionable. I did report my dissatisfaction to both Titan and Allside but the who-thing left me with a negative feeling about Titan as a whole. I did an earlier review of the company before I learned about the issue with an Allside employee but I could not seem to get in to update that review so I am writing a new. The work done was satisfactory, so I have no complaints in that area."
