"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"After struggling with a Buderus combo unit for the better part of ten years (unit is 12 years old), it finally gave out right before Easter weekend leaving us with no heat and hot water. He installed a new water filtration system along with our new Navien combo unit to ensure we would not have the same issues. Not only did he do a phenomenal job installing the unit, he took care of other plumbing concerns he noticed. Now, we have a more reliable combo unit with the bonus of water we can actually drink out of the faucet!!!"
