Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Schoharie, NY

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"5 Star Bath Solutions replaced our standard bath with a beautiful walk-in shower stall. The employees who did the work were not just professional, efficient, courteous, but the installation and cleanliness of the construction and clean up from this project was impeccable."

"The moment they are contacted and throughout servicing they communicated all expectations, steps, observations, and expertise in a clearly digestible and understanding manner. Each step was willingly shown, captured via pic as to what they were seeing before even touching anything, clearly outlined what they would need to do and what the result would be checking for understanding and agreement before proceeding. Gave options and choice where they could, and taking the time to re-evaluate and assess keeping them and us in mind on cost effectiveness as well as quality maintaining being upfront about everything. Respected us, our time, and space. Felt valued and heard as well as created ease in the whole process. Loren and Scott were great!"

"Rome Bath has very Professional installers. We had Paul and Mike they work great as a team. They put down drop clothes and were very courteous. They did the install in one day and you would never know they were her except for the bathroom looking magnificent.. We are so happy with the work completed and the bathroom."

"Matt and Caleb did a great job, they listened to what we needed and came up with a custom window well box to fit our needs, installed two windows, repaired our deck and made sure our basement joists were solid!"

Call me Vadim. I always been good with my hands as long as I can remember. I can fix almost anything. If you’ll ask my family and friends about me they’ll tell that I’m a Jack of all trades. I’m always happy to help.

"Overall, it went pretty well. I took a while to decide on which of the colours and edging I wanted; they did a good job of following up and reminding me. Since this work is for a house I'm renting, I wasn't always able to get measurements quickly. There were some quirks. The Big Deal price doesn't include removal and disposal of the old countertop; that was an additional $300. It also doesn't include the re-attachment of the sink as they don't do that work so I needed to get a plumber involved. To be fair, both of these were disclosed in the Big Deal and by them afterwards. Since this is template-based, I went out to the house and met an installer who created the template. He worked quickly but, unfortunately, his English was rather limited and several times during the entire project, he had to call their main office and hand me the phone so I could talk to someone there instead. This slowed down the process and made the interactions feel clumsy. On a positive note, they do care about the work; I had decided on 1/4" bevel edging and the main office called back and said that that edging has a higher risk of chipping and, since this is a rental, I should go with the 3/8" round instead, which I did. Since I was reusing my old sink, they brought the slab in and cut the hole for it on-site but used a vacuum and cleaned up the dust quite well. They also lowered the slide-in sink since the new countertop are thinner than the old one. This was after yet another back-and-forth conversation that resulted in a phone call to the main office so they could tell me they would do the work but wouldn't be liable for any resulting damage; there was none. The result looks good and once I get the sink re-attached, all will be well. There are still a couple of minor issues but it is a worthwhile upgrade."

"Mr. LaPierre and his helper unclogged two very stubborn bathroom drains. The sink and bathtub drains were  very slow
and needed expert, professional help. They were prompt and efficient. We had taken the offer for the tub drain but the sink drain also needed work for the system to function. They unclogged the line and I am very happy with the result. We first met A Real Plumber when we had an emergency leak in the basement and he was at our neighbor's house on another call. He has always done good work for us."

"He was professional and did a good job. Very knowledgeable. We now have a quiet and well working fan in our bathroom. Plan to have Kenny come in to do more work."

"It went well. Did a excellent job"
