"I had new windows and a new front door with storm door installed today by Home Genius Exteriors. The crew, Lance, Sean, AJ, and the window specialist Chris, showed up and went right to it. They were knowledgeable, efficient, worked together as a team and cleaned up everything and removed all the old windows and doors. Project manager James showed up as promised to inspect the work and went over details for my siding project beginning tomorrow. Ambrose, who ordered my windows, also showed up to check up on things. Last, but not least Yolie, who schedules the delivery of your product and the crew to complete the job, is absolutely the best coordinator Iâ ve had the pleasure of dealing with. She communicated with me, when the crew would be coming to install them, and the time the crew would arrive. She also answered other concerns I had about the siding installed and the dumpster delivery. I highly recommend this group and Iâ m looking forward to the siding project to begin. Thank you all!!!"

"James and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day. They replaced 22 wood double hung windows with new Okna 600 Eco-Pro vinyl windows. The new windows look and work great. There was one minor problem with the horizontal sliding window located in the kitchen; on speaking with the owner Tom, they have ordered the required parts and will return to install them. Overall we are pleased with the quality, workmanship and value of the windows. They make the house look much better and are easier to operate than our old windows. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
