They make all of the fencing in-house for their jobs, so, it was straightforward for them to give me exactly what I wanted. Jake and his crew arrived on-time, and finished the job in a fraction of the expected time, with great attention to construction detail. The price for the job was fair, considering the quality of the job."

Every member of the team was exceptional - from the exceedingly polite, punctual and professional initial on-site estimator to the incredibly responsive back office team who helped me complete my order (and was so patient throughout my many changes) and finally the respectful, organized and hard-working installation team, who completed a very difficult project within two days, working through a late afternoon downpour to finish the job on time. I sought 4 bids for this project, including from a well-known company where I was a repeat customer, where the other contractors were either no-shows, unprofessional or demanding of expensive prep requirements before considering the project. "I called this company on 3/24/16 to make arrangements to get an estimate to replace a privacy fence.  I set up an appointment for 4/5/16 for someone to come to my home to do the estimate.  The representative arrived on time and proceeded to measure the area where the fence was to go.  I described what type of fence that I wanted and he showed me a brochure with different options.  I chose the type of fencing that I wanted and he said that he would mail me an estimate.  I received the estimate on 4/8/16; however, the price was not on the estimate.  I had to call the company to get the price. I decided to hire this company to do the work and on 4/15/16, I sent a check for one third of the total price to get the job started.  I expected to hear from the company to confirm that they received my check, but they didn't call in what I expected to be a timely manner.  I called the company to make sure that they did received my check which they acknowledged receiving it.  I asked for an estimate when they could perform the work.  I was told that someone would get back to me with a date.  Their scheduler called me to say they would come to install the fence on 5/16/16.  However, I received a call on 5/10/16, from the scheduler saying they had all of the material and they wanted to come the next day to install it.  I agreed to have them come the next day.  The installers arrived the next day and had trouble removing the posts from the existing fence.  They said that it was impractical to remove the very bottoms of the fence posts because it was too time consuming.  They suggested moving the new fence away from the patio enough to clear the bottoms of the old fence.  After resolving that issue, they determined that they did not have enough material to complete the job because their estimator measured incorrectly.  They said they would have to order more material and that someone would call me to arrange a new installation date.  Before they left, they set the corner posts for the fence.  After the installers left, I noticed that the fence posts they installed were incorrect for the type of fence that I wanted.  I called the company to let them know of the mistake.  I never received a call to reschedule the installation, but the installers did come back unannounced to remove the incorrect fence posts.  While they were here, they determined that some of the other material they had for the job was also incorrect.  They inventoried what correct material they had on hand and determined exactly what additional material they needed to complete the job.  While waiting to hear from the fence company to reschedule the installation, I dug out the old fence posts and and filled in the holes.  By doing that, the fence was able to be put exactly where I wanted it.  The installers came back on 5/31/16, again unannounced, to finish the job.  They had all of the correct material and completed the installation that day.  They took away all of the old fencing material when they left.  I am pleased with the final outcome, but it should not have taken as long as it did to complete this relatively small job.                     "

All the representatives of the company, from the salesperson, to the office person, the manager who visited the site during installation, the installer, and the 2 different trainers, know the product well and are good at answering questions. Our goal was to have our 2 dogs excluded from 4 specific and unconnected garden areas of our yard. We are happy with the Invisible Fence by StayDog.</p> <br />"

"They provided excellent service. Larry came out for the initial appointment to explain what would be done and provided an estimate. He was not rushed and took the time to explain the job thoroughly and answered all of our questions in detail. We called within a few days after meeting with him and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Some of the work involved cutting our driveway to install the underground wire. Since we were getting our driveway sealed and did not have our new dog yet, they agreed to do the job in two parts - install the underground wire and then the accompanying components - for the same estimated cost. They could not set up the components properly until we got our dog. On the scheduled day, two of their men (and one dog) arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. They asked our permission to let their dog out of their vehicle before doing so. After completing the job, our property was left as clean as they found it. I would also like to mention the professionalism of the office staff. Whenever we called, we spoke with a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. I used this company after consulting with a couple of my neighbors who also used them, and they upheld their excellent reputation. A very good overall experience."

"I contacted Oakmere using their request a quote function on their website. Mark from Oakmere contacted me within a few days and requested a visit out to our house to look at the area for the fence. Mark came out a few days later and did a walk through of the area with me discussing our needs. After getting a feel for what we wanted he took a few measurements and told us he'd get us a quote right away. Mark showed up on time, was personable, and completed all measurements in under 30 min. He offered some suggestions to make our fenced in area more effective with our hilly and uneven landscape, and even talked to me a little about the area as we had only recently moved here. <br /> The next day Mark provided me with a quote which was not only reasonable, but came in below that of the other Business we got an estimate from. I called Mark to confirm, and we set a date for install about two weeks later. <br /> On the day of install Mark and his crew arrived at about 730am and got started marking out the area and staging equipment. Mark met with me one more time to go over everything and set up a place to dump excavated dirt and drive the post hole digger. Mark's crew got started and was quiet, professional, and hard working finishing the work by around 400pm. Mark returned shortly after to review the finished project with me and make sure there were no concerns. <br /> The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Mark and his staff were extremely professional and courteous, as well as offering a superior product at an excellent price. I would recommend them to anyone in the County looking for outstanding fence work and installation. <br />"
