My initial contact was with the owner, Derek, but my day to day was with James Kim, Project Manager. My large bath was from 1992 and it had to be completely gutted. I wanted a "Spa like" bath. James was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of design and construction was amazing as was his attention to detail and people skills! The team used to deconstruct my bath was great and very professional and clean. Everything has come out just right and I love my new bath.
