"Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. See also my review under Roof replacement SIDING and DECKS_and_PORCHES."

"Great, we called and sent pictures of the damage and they responded that night. Gave us a quote and told us they would show up within the next week to repair the siding."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Mark Pizzi is very personable and efficient. The work was performed on schedule and looks awesome. I would recommend OTL Construction for any of your future needs. Mark and his crew provide reasonable pricing for quality work. I also had OTL replace my gutters and they did A+ work!! My vinyl siding repair and gutters look great!!"

"I needed to get my siding repaired. Not only did they do a great job but they did it in the pouring rain"

"J&J were great. They installed siding and downspouts on my home. The owner (Joe) was on site every day and was a pleasure to deal with. The finished job exceeded my expectations, and my (large) house was completed in less than a week. I have another project for next spring/summer, and I will definitely use J&J again!"

"Trent came to my house and gave me great quote for siding work. He was well represented and patient. I recommend Trent to other people."

"I am very pleased with the quality of the work. Repairs were made in a timely manner."

"Took down a dividing wall that required a new support beam. Initial wall demo and support beam done quickly. Issues started in the basement. Needed new posts in the basement. To do the work Scott had to cut out the concrete floor. Must have done this with a dry saw. Entire basement was covered in concrete dust. No attempt to cover anything was made including washer dryer and all stored items some of which was removed from upstairs to avoid the work in the living room. Pouring the concrete also left very uneven floor around the posts. Will have to be corrected if ever wanting to upgrade basement. Lastly the drywall repairs ceiling and some walls. Scott had to be told that the layers of mud needed to be sanded down to be considered paint ready as per our contract. Most was corrected but many corners and details left in poor condition His contractor for flooring was ok. Took 4 days longer due to double booking. Some wood slats were placed unevenly creating noticeable low and high pieces. Used Scott because he had an opening quickly but it was probably not worth it."

"Jason responded to all our concerns, there were a few issues with the Beadboard ceiling install that involved the cutouts for the bathroom fan and A/C vents. These were resolved in the end, so we are happy with the end result. Jason made it right and helped us with some other minor carpentry repairs as we are getting ready to sell and move. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him and his team."
