"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"The contractor did Gutters cleaning and maintenance (I had screens on the gutters, they took them off, cleaned the gutters, and put the screens back) . Also I had Roofing damage they took care of - shingles had fallen off, the wood underneath had rotted, they repaired the plywood and the beams and put back roofing materials. Also, I had a couple of fence issues which they helped me address. My fence was too old to want to invest a lot of money in but they helped make it sturdy until I can afford to replace it."
