Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! "I needed alot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. Harvey offered ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repair. I was thrilled by the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them in the future."

"Wilber's is excellent and went above and beyond what we contracted the company to do. Got three quotes from different vendors and Wilber's had the most competitive pricing. The job manager, Eric, was excellent at communicating about the work and steps needed to complete the job. Wilber's even helped to order the doors that they needed to install from a local vendor they recommended. You could not ask for more in terms of craftsmanship, communication, and consideration. For example, the workers even returned after the job to clean up an inconsiderate bird that treated my newly painted white house like a personal toilet. "Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."

"Matt Ayers and his crew did an excellent job gutting a 40-year-old bathroom and replacing it with a new shower, toilet, countertops, sinks, flooring and tiles. They always showed up when expected, worked around my schedule, were friendly, courteous and professional, and did quality work. All drop cloths, supplies and tools were removed from the job area each day and stowed away. A few of the workers did not have strong English, but they are very good at using smartphone translation software and there were no communication problems at all. Matt visited or followed up by phone or email on an ongoing basis. The only minor hitch was that the external tiling vendor sent a box of slightly warped shower tiles. This was corrected immediately with no inconvenience or added cost to me. The job quote was a bit of sticker shock initially but over time I realized you get what you pay for, especially after hearing about negative experiences friends have had with other home remodelers. Overall, very happy."
