When they removed the drywall in the bathroom, they found a great deal of water damage and structural problems. Cornelio walked us through the issues, and then gave us another reasonable quote to repair the problems. He initially quoted three weeks to finish the bathroom, which ended up being five and a half weeks due to the structural issues. The crew started on time every day and finished on time every day. "Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!

As far as the actual team that installed my gutters, in all honesty, I would not want them to do further work on my gutters. Minor mistakes were made. They promptly came back to my home to correct them. However, the workers appeared a little insulted and hesitant to do a thorough inspection. I'm still not certain that they thoroughly inspected their work when they returned.
I still give an A++ to Robert Wood and the administrative team though. They were great from start to finish. To date, I've not give the new gutters a thorough and complete examination, because I've not be home when it was raining enough to know for certain. Yet, I trust Robert to send someone back promptly, if I discover any additional seam leakages.
