I explained my situation to Rock solid and how it?s been 3 days of nasty black water sitting in my tub and how I was unable to bath my daughter and self. Rock solid showed up at almost 10pm just to help me with the situation when everyone else was saying they?ll send someone out tomorrow. 10/10 recommend. friendly, Professional, and reliable. "
