"We had an outstanding experience with Make a Choice Home Exterior. Our home is 3-sides brick and several pieces of siding and trim had begun to rot. We also had 2 fixed pane 4'x5' windows replaced and the entire house painted. Our project manager, Ivan was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more professional person. He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! We already have other projects in mind for Make a Choice Home Exterior."

"The team at Make a Choice Home Exterior executed an exceptional job. We evaluated multiple proposals, but they shone through with their reasonably priced offer, impressive expertise, and adaptability to our requirements. Throughout the project, from the estimation phase to its conclusion, Chuck was an invaluable resource. All inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. Even when an unintentional error occurred with the paint supplier, he went the extra mile to rectify it completely. Lindomar, along with his teams, delivered high-caliber work, undertaking a full house hardie siding replacement, new gutter installation, window replacement, and a comprehensive house paint job. We are absolutely delighted with our revamped green house; it feels fresh and renewed. The compliments we keep receiving from our neighbors affirm this transformation. Without a doubt, I would enthusiastically endorse Make a Choice Home Exterior, and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again in the future."

"Great job! The workers worked hard and were very nice. They kept us updated and worked long hours on our project. We are pleased with the final result and highly recommend Ideal Siding to anyone looking to enhance the appearance of their home's exterior."

"I have used Ericks Painting exclusively for the last 5 years because Erick is dependable and does great work. We started with replacing wood siding with Hardy plank and painting the exterior of my home. Erick did such a wonderful job that he and his wife have completed numerous other projects in my home from deck repair, pressure washing and staining to wallpaper removal, interior painting and even removing an exterior door and replacing with siding and drywall. Erick and his wife are skilled professionals who use quality products. I will continue to refer Ericks Painting to family, friends and neighbors and you will too!"

"I had two interior doors that would not close and latch. One door that needed to be fully replaced and painted and two bathroom faucets replaced. Jose and his team did an amazing job. They were thorough, fast, and professional. The quote was very reasonanle. I would highly recommend this company."

"I live in New York and hired Phase Construction to remodel my rental property in Lithonia, which was severely damaged by the tenant. He gave the house an excellent face-lift. I was very pleased with his skills, professionalism, customer service, and overall efficiency."

I am a young man that does his best to make sure my client is happy with the work done

"First, even after very detailed instructions about my expectations, 3 in-home visits to clarify all open questions, when the work began suddenly certain work details where not included anymore, and the guy who did the estimate didn't remember what we talked about. For example I requested the leveling of trims before painting since another constructor prior did a bad job. During pre-visits I was absolutely clear about what I want. After the work had began and I requested the promised quality they didn't remember that part anymore. Another major expectation I had was to seal joints on doors with panels. During winter month those joints tend to move due to drying of the wood. I asked if something can be done to fix this issue. It was promised to me that they will use a silicone which will prevent that. During this year first heating saison I can conclude that they either used a cheap or wrong silicon or simply caulk (which wasn't doing the job in the first place). I still have the same issues as before. Crown moulding joints look kind of grumpy too. Later I realized the the quarter rounds in the bathroom were sealed but not painted. The crew was OK, they had to redo a lot, which they did more or less. In summary: a lot was promised, not everything kept, quality is only fair."
