HE MADE SURE TO MATCH UP THE COLOR OF THE PORCH SHINGLES WITH THE MAIN ROOF (WHICH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR EXPECTED ME TO DO MYSELF) AND SELECTED ATTIC WINDOWS IN TUNE WITH THE CHARACTER OF THE HOUSE. HE IMPROVED THE LOOK OF THE HOUSE BY SO MUCH. HE ALSO GAVE ME ADVICE ON A WIDE RANGE OF OTHER UNRELATED PROJECTS AND WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO. HE HAS GREAT TASTE. HIS BROTHER WORKS WITH HIM AND HE IS VERY NICE AS WELL. THE PRICE WAS IN THE SAME RANGE AS OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED."

I contacted 3 companies to provide quotes of the 3 companies, 1 did not provide a quote and another took 3 weeks to get a quote. Before I received the 2nd quote, I already told Loebrich's to perform the work because of the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and it also helped the quote was fair. <br /> Loebrichs showed up on time and completed the initial work in a very professional manner and I was so pleased with the work (the initial job was just the 3 custom doors) that I had them stay for 3 more days completing several other jobs I needed done. The work was very well done and the house was always left cleaner than when the showed up. <br /> Loebrichs also paid very close attention to the little details for example we said we would finish the drywall and paint it.
