"I used to think my studio looked “cool” with the original garage-style concrete floors… I was very wrong. During the rainy season, I kept having issues with water coming in, which caused my wood baseboards to mold and crack. It became such a headache. Finally, I decided to move forward with epoxy—and it completely transformed my space. It truly elevated everything. I 100% recommend adding the baseboards as well—they made all the difference. We had another heavy rain after the install, and although water did come in again, I was able to wipe it right up with zero damage to the walls. Huge relief. Now my studio feels more professional, clean, and so much more inviting. As for Jack, he was quick to respond, friendly, and very personable. You can genuine tell he loves what he does, which made the whole experience even better. I’m always happy to support a small business, and I truly wish him all the success. The appointment was easy to make, clear directions on what to do before techs arrived, on arrival they explained exactly what they was going to do, toured the house with us to insure nothing was missed, they were careful with furniture and personal property as well. "Jason envisioned our kitchen floor to be in good shape (as it looked). However, after completing the work, he was not happy with it and explained that the old (1950s) floor had too much moisture, causing some areas to not absorb the finish as well. He refinished the floor a second time with a larger finisher (3 different levels of sandpaper!) at no additional cost. We are happy with the work. I think it tells a lot about someone on a project that doesn’t go as planned. Following up and making it right is very important. We would definitely hire Jason again."
