"Robert (owner) promptly contacted me and spoke with me about the project. Then he scheduled a time to visit my home and see the scope of the project and take measurements. All the time, he was listening carefully to my needs and wishes, and asking me good questions to assure that we were completely aligned on the project, choosing precisely the right materials to use, etc. We quickly moved on to a written estimate, and Robert was very willing to answer a few last questions.
