"Joaquin did an excellent job on our drywall and insulation install after a hot water heater flood cause damage to floorboards and walls. He went the extra mile (without being asked) to cut and install a metal plate where the hot water heater will be placed and gave additional recommendations. He is knowledgeable in many area of repairs including plumbing and other handyman type projects.
