"They poured too much salt into my pool and did not own up to the mistake. Instead, they blamed the city water for the 6000 salt levels rather than their technician, did not admit to it and then quoted me $600 to drain the pool in order to fix their mistake. When i called to cancel service they asked why. I told them that mistakes happen, its how you handle it that makes a difference. They did not ask any further questionsor try in any way because why start being honest now. So they created an issue, denied wrong doing and I now have to pay to fix their mistake. Avoid them at all costs, scam"
