"Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I already gave American Home Pros a 5-star review when they completed the job, which also included extensive stucco repair and replacement of rotten wood. Now, I want to praise their exceptional customer service. About 3 months after completion something happened to damage some of our paint. It was not a warranty issue, but American Home Pros immediately responded to my plea to have a technician complete the repair, so that we could maintain the high quality exterior they had given us. They scheduled the job promptly, did an amazing job, and Alex could not have been more competent or professional. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!"

"I would like to go on record praising the outstanding job Remodeling Consultant Alex Hernández did on 6/22/2026, when he visited our home to provide an estimate for replacing all our windows and doors, and adding insulation to our garage. He spent nearly 6 hours measuring over 35 windows, 4 doors, even crawling into the attic to assess insulation needs, and repeatedly checked whether the estimated cost would be manageable for us, as we are retirees in our late 70s. After we agreed to the final estimate and signed the contract, we cancelled it the next morning under the FTC’s 3‑day Cooling‑Off Rule. Our cancellation had nothing to do with Alex or the final price. His professionalism, patience, thoroughness, and genuine concern were exceptional. Our decision was based solely on personal considerations unrelated to the project that we had not anticipated or realized the day Alex visited us. Alex’s efforts deserve recognition; he is an excellent representative of his company."

My home project of handling wood rot, other water damage, painting, gate replacements, fan installation and various repairs became quite involved and they stuck with it with a great attitude and workmanship. They were very knowledgeable and handled my various requests quite professionally!"

"Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.

"Since 1977, I have had three houses in Tempe and dealt with four roofers.  This was by far my best experience.  Before hiring Express Roofing, I got estimates from two of the more well known, large companies, but was not happy with their pushy sales pitches.  Then I joined Angie's List and also contacted neighbors through our local Facebook group, and got multiple recommendations for this company.  The key is the owner Rene Palomino, whom my neighbor said was a real pleasure to work with, and that certainly proved to be true.  He took a lot of time to understand our situation, gave multiple options, explaining fairly the pros and cons, and came to the house several times.  He was also very patient as we made our choices.  He obviously takes real pride in the work that he does, and sincerely wants to take care of his customers. His workers are outstanding in how they handle the details -- covering the pool, say, or sweeping the grounds and even the alley with a magnetic device for nails at the end of every day.  And if Rene was even slightly delayed for an appointment, he would have his office call.  The man in the office, Jeff Lopez, in also very conscientious and courteous.  I waited to write this review until after a few storms, and am happy to report that everything is perfect.  I have already recommended this company to some close friends.  Rene Palomino is building his business the right way.
